Well, this book will not make it to the "favorites" list. Our group rated "The Art of Mending" 6.5. Not the worst book we've ever read, but somewhat disappointing. This book kept you reading just because you thought something big was going to come out, but in the end they just went shopping and everyone lived happily ever after! We did have good discussion, so that might justify this book being in a "book club bag" from the library.
Jen will choose the next book and plans to host in January when we will do our annual book exchange. Watch for an email..........
